Alionbaşı Dairy Products was constructed to cope with the capacity of 2 tones of milk processing daily in Çukurköy town of Tavşanlı district of Kütahya province with a total area of 2000m2 of which 500m2 was closed, on 18.04.1994. Today, it processes 100 tones of milk daily in its new establishment which lies in 30 acres of land with a closed area of 2500m2 on Emet Road of Tavşanlı district, Kütahya.

Initially, our company started production with manufacturing Classic Cheese, Block Kashkaval Cheese and Curd Cheese. By dedicating a special emphasis on hygiene and health principles and our innovative understanding of processing the product meticulously from the phase of packaging to production, we have improved its product portfolio constantly. Kashkaval Cheese, various types of Cultured Cheese , Butter, Regional Cheese, Village Type Cheese in small packages,condensed yoghurt, String Cheese and finally Braided Cheese (in 220 grams of packages) have been added to the rich product portfolio.
